Guest speakers will address several aspects of grief, loss and pre-planning:
Understanding Grief and Loss
Knowing what to anticipate at a time of loss will often ease the stress of survivors and help nurture a more manageable grieving pathway after the funeral. You will gain insight and information on how to prepare for the loss and guide you on the journey towards healing.
Elder Law and Medical Assistance Planning
If you or a family member is aging and concerned about medical, legal or financial issues, this seminar is for you. You will walk away with tips on how to create the best legal, financial and personal assistance for all involved. The topics covered include Medical Assistance, Medicare, wills, trusts, power of attorney and guardianship, and long-term care.
Funeral Pre-planning
For persons interested in gaining peace of mind regarding funerals, you’ll learn the questions to ask and the resources available. This segment will address the various funeral service options and arrangements that may best suit your needs and equip you and your family in the decisions necessary to carry out a meaningful and memorable funeral. Pre-arranging and pre-funding information will help provide you with emotional and financial peace of mind.
