Jan W. Reese

Reese, Jan W.  Age 75 of Plymouth MN formerly of Scottsdale, AZ. Devoted wife and mother.  Passed away peacefully on June 11, 2018 at the Trails of Orono Memory Care facility in Long Lake, MN.  She is loved and will be deeply missed by her husband, Dr. Carter Reese; son, Carter Reese Jr. and wife, Dr. Karen Reese, their children Kasey & Cami; son, Brad Reese and wife Susie, Brad's children, Alexandra, Bergen, Emma, Joey, Luke; son, Greg his children Maggie, Chase; brother, Robert Walrath wife, Debbie, sister, Jean Lapp; sister in law, Lynn Sheil; nieces & nephews, as well as other family and many friends.  Jan is preceded in death by parents, Bob & Judy Walrath. 
Jan grew up in Watertown South Dakota where she met Carter Reese and married on August 5, 1961.  Raising their three boys while Carter attended orthodontic school, and later managing their office for over 22 years.  She loved to read, golf, volunteer and spending time and entertaining her family and friends, but most of all until the day she passed, she loved to dance with her husband, Carter.  
 A “Celebration of Life” will be held on July 2, 2018 2:00 p.m. Wayzata Community Church, 125 Wayzata Blvd East, Wayzata, MN 55391.  Memorial donations may be made to the Children’s Home Adoption Society, 1605 Eustis St, St. Paul, MN 55108.
