Patricia Ann Nelson

Age 87, of Minnetonka, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on June 4, 2018.  Preceded in death by parents, Albert and Alice Leger, sons, David and Steven. Pat was a devoted mother, loving wife, and faithful friend to many. Survived by husband of 65 years, Don; daughter, Leslie (Tom) Johnson, and grandchildren, Jeff, Andrew, Lindy, Tori, Lexy, Bella, Lindsey and Ben; daughters-in-law, Barbara Nelson and Diana Nelson.  Memorial service will be held on Monday June 11 at 2 PM at Minnetonka United Methodist Church,17611 Lake Street Extension, Minnetonka, MN 55345. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Alzheimer’s Association or to The Glenn, to be used to help fund field trips for memory care residents.
