Rolland Richard Anderson

Rolland Richard Anderson, known to friends and family as Ron, passed away August 6, 2018, at the age of 82.

A native of Park River, North Dakota, Ron obtained a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Wichita State University in 1958, and enjoyed a successful career in advertising, first as an Art Director at Knox Reeves in Minneapolis, and eventually as Global Creative Director with Bozell Worldwide in New York City.

Ron is preceded in death by his mother and father, Esther and George, and his five siblings, Harold, Ellsworth (Al), Myron (Mike), Mildred (Mickey), and Clayton. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 60 years, Charlotte, his children Rex, Nicole (Paul), and Matthew, grandchildren Zoë and Ben, and members of his extended family.

A Memorial Service for Ron will be held Saturday, August 11 at 11:00am with visitation at 10 AM at Ridgewood Church, 4420 County Road 101, Minnetonka. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ron's honor can be made to Ridgewood Church or Samaritan's Purse.
