Age 81 of Plymouth. Born June 23, 1937 in Minneapolis, and died peacefully on October 29, 2018 in St Paul surrounded by family and friend. Served in the United States Air Force, from 1955-1959. Employed by North Central/Republic Airlines from 1966-1984. Ordained Deacon in the Catholic Church in 1999 and retired in 2006 faithfully serving as chaplain for the Wayzata Fire Department and the American Legion. Member of the Wayzata American Legion Post #118. He is preceded in death by parents, Wendell and Dolores Haselhuhn; brother, Thomas. Survived by sister, Judith (Bob) Meyer; brother, Steve; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial, Tuesday, November 6, 10:30 AM at The Church of St Bartholomew, 630 East Wayzata Blvd, Wayzata. Visitation 1 hour prior to Mass. Interment at Woodside Cemetery in Shorewood. Memorials preferred to donor’s choice.
