Anne Hoeschen Obituary Hoeschen, Anne Kathleen passed away at her home in Minnetonka on October 20, 2013 at the age of 65. Anne is predeceased by brothers, Craig Swaggert, Joel Swaggert, Carl Swaggert, Matt Swaggert; and sisters, Jill Fredrickson, Kit Swaggert. Anne is survived by her loving husband, James Hoeschen of 37 years. They were married in South Dakota on June 20, 1976. Anne is lovingly remembered by her children, Carrie Whittaker and Andrew Hoeschen, as well as grandchild, Vera Hoeschen. Anne was born in Wayzata, MN in April 23, 1948. She graduated from Wayzata in 1966. There will be an open house hosted by Jill and Bruce Fredrickson on October 26 from Noon until 6 pm.
