Bernard Johnson Obituary Johnson, Bernard Walter, age 94 of Maple Grove, died May 15, 2019. Preceded in death by wife, Phyllis; daughter, Debra; 1 sister and 5 brothers. He is survived by children, Daniel (Patricia) and David; son-in-law, Michael Zaic; grandchildren, Brent, Reid, Camille, Bernard, Alexandra, Megan and Hattie. He is also survived by his brothers, Edward (Carol) and Harvey (Pauline) as well as other loving relatives and friends.
