Betty Ennis Obituary Ennis, Betty A. (Converse) Age 85 of Wayzata passed away peacefully at home on February 26, 2009. Born July 29, 1923 in Firth, Idaho. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nellie and Merle Converse; brother, Harry and Verne Converse; and sister, Ramona Warren. She is survived by her four children, William (Deborah) of Houghton, MI, Timothy (Debra) of St. Louis Park, MN, Richard of Minneapolis, and Teresa of Wayzata; Grandchildren, Kristie (Jeff) Max, Michael Ennis, and Shannon Ennis; Great-grandchildren, Jaimee, Samuel, and Sara Max; sisters, Virginia Bohn of Topeka, KS, Faye Brown of Tucson, AZ. Ruth Turnball of Eskridge, KS, Jane McKinley of Skiatook, OK, and brother Merle Edward Converse of Helotes, TX; sisters-in- law, Patty Sue Converse of Eskridge, KS, and LaMoyne Converse of Manhattan, KS; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Betty enjoyed traveling, loved flowers and was active in Garden Club for many years. Funeral service 4:30PM Wednesday, March 4, at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 East Wayzata Blvd., with visitation 1 hour prior. Interment at Groveland Cemetery. Memorials preferred.
