Kreatz, Bonnie J. (Hammerstrom) age 76, of Plymouth, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on December 17, 2025 after struggling with dementia for over 5 years.

Preceded in death by her parents, Robert & Lorraine Hammerstrom and sisters, Barb Kellar, Luanne Hammerstrom and Jane Anderson. She is survived by her loving husband, Lloyd Kreatz; son, Rob (Jackie); grandson, Wyatt; sister, Joanne Hammerstrom, sweet dog Ziva and many nieces and nephews.

Bonnie taught health education for 30 years in the Wayzata School District. She had numerous interests and hobbies. Her favorite times were spent with Lloyd on the Gunflint Trail and in the Boundary Waters. She loved being a teacher and spending time with her friends and family.

A celebration of Bonnie's life will be held on Sunday, January 25 from 2-4pm at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E Wayzata Blvd, Wayzata. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Allina Home Hospice or Legacy Home Care.
