Carolyn Giemza Obituary Giemza, Carolyn M. age 53 of Plymouth died April 12, 2017. Preceded in death by her mother, Marian. Survived by her children, Rachel and Josh; father, Gerald Jensen Sr.; brother, Gerald Jr. and wife Laura; nieces and nephews, Sara and Thomas Jensen as well as other loving relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, 155 County Road 24, Medina. Interment Holy Name Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
