Cecil Favre Obituary Favre, Cecil George, age 72, passed away March 13, 2010 in Jonesboro, Arkansas from complications due to lifelong diabetes. Preceded in death by loving wife, Judy; his parents; two sisters and one brother. Survived by daughters, Dakota Chapman (Jason) and Michelle Lureen (Jimmy); grandsons, Charlie and Bennett Lureen; two sisters and two brothers. Cecil was a free spirit and lived life his own way.
