Charles Frye Obituary Frye, Charles "Charlie" A. Age 86 of Mounds View. Died on June 1, 2010. Preceded in death wife, Edith; and sister, Jane Restler. Survived by children, John (Karen), Charles, and Mary (Dennis) Doubek; grandchildren, Meredith (Chris) Mark, Andrew (Heidi) Frye, and Kaylee Doubek; four great-grandchildren. Active member with the VFW and served with the US Army during WWII in Cardiff, Wales. Funeral service Saturday June 5, 2010 10:30 AM with a visitation starting at 10 AM. Interment Fort Snelling. Memorials preferred to Forever Friends.
