He is survived by his longtime companion, Gina Paulucci; his daughter, Lynda Dunnell (Greg) of Boulder, CO; his grandchildren, Anna and Chad as well as several relatives in his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. Chuck had a life-long commitment to service of country and to the advancement of the science of polygraphy. As a young man, he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He then received training in polygraphy and worked as a practitioner and instructor in that area. Chuck then joined the Central Intelligence Agency, serving as a polygraphist and security officer.
