Clarence Rosen Obituary Rosen, Clarence W. "Casey" Jr. Age 83, formerly of Wayzata, passed away March 9, 2015 in Mesa AZ. Preceded in death by parents, Clarence Sr. and Hazel and one brother, Merten. Casey was a humble, honest and hardworking man who had a lasting impact on the banking industry and the community where he lived. Casey was a community leader serving on the Wayzata City Council and the HRA. He was actively involved in the Wayzata Lions, Chamber and Interfaith Outreach and Community Partners. For his outstanding community and professional leadership, he was named Wayzata "Person of the Year". He was affectionately known by many as "Mr. Wayzata". His spirit lives on in those who knew him. Survived by his wife, Betty; daughters, Sue (Hank) Todd, Brenda Ennis, Sara (Greg) Luedke; sons, Dan (Jill) Rosen, Steve (Gini) Rosen; thirteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; brothers, Evrett, Wayne, Gale; sisters, Rosemary, Kay, Sharon. Memorial service 11 AM Friday, April 17, 2015 at St. Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church, 17205 County Road 6, Plymouth. Visitation 5-8 PM Thursday at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E. Wayzata Blvd., Wayzata and also one hour prior to service at church. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Park Nicollet Foundation, Heart and Vascular Center.
