David Ford Obituary Ford, David Luther 80, of Plymouth. Survived by wife of 57 years Anna Lou; children Steve and Beth Pride Ford, Janet and Rick Roberts, Judy and Steve Michurski; grandchildren Blythe and Fields Ford and Mike, Jack and Katie Michurski; sister Nancy (Charles) Dart. Graduated from Shattuck School and Trinity College. Served in the US Army stationed in Germany. He entered the emerging computer industry straight out of college starting with IBM, then GE and retired from Control Data. David served on many church and community boards. He was an e-mailer par excellence, fireworks lighter extraordinaire and Amateur Chef and magician. He loved entertaining and sharing food, drink and conversation with his family and friends. David loved his family and took great pride in them. He also loved the water and boating and in his adult years learned the joy and camaraderie of hunting and fishing. Throughout his life, David maintained his gift of humor and quick wit. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Memorial service will be held at Wayzata Community Church, 125 E. Wayzata Blvd. on Monday, September 19th at 3:00 pm. Reception will follow.
