Survived by mother, Myrtle; children, Amy (Jordan) Kern, Matthew, Nicholas, and Christopher and the mother of the children, Kim Horn; 4 grandchildren, siblings, Barbara Horn, Robert, and Betty (Greg) Stoddard. Memorial service Thursday May 26 11 AM at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 115 W Wayzata Blvd in Wayzata. Visitation Wednesday 5-7 PM at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E Wayzata Blvd and 1 hour before the service on Thursday. Interment Fairview Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the David C. Horn Trust Fund.
