Donald Locke Obituary Locke, Donald N. Age 75 of Waverly, MN passed away June 7, 2018. Preceded in death by parents Wilbur and Lucille Locke, brother James E. Locke, stepson Brian Burke, and best buddy, Hunk, his palomino gelding. Survived by son Donald "Donny" Edwin Locke and wife Lynne Metzger, daughter Leslie Ann Locke, stepdaughter Vicki Rusch, grandchildren Brandi Lynn Locke and Marissa Ann Locke, and step grandchildren Jesse and Jeremy Notermann, Jacki Sommers, Ryan, Eric, and Kelsey Deering, and several great grandchildren. Don was born on May 24, 1943 in Minneapolis and was raised in Wayzata. He loved horses and trucks and put these two interests to workhe was a well-respected farrier (horse shoer) in the western metro for over 40 years, and he was also a local and long-haul truck driver. The family has requested no flowers.
