Preceded in death by parents, Bertilla and Raymond Owens; sister, Eleanor Anderson; brother, Howard Owens. Survived by wife, Victoria VI""; son and daughter-in-law Michael and Terri; sisters, Rita Fitzgerald and husband Ray, Alma Krueger, Patricia McNeil and husband Bill; and many loving nieces, nephews. Edward was a veteran of WWII in the Army Air Corps. where he flew with the 450th Bomb Group in Italy as a ball turret gunner. He was a beloved son, husband, father and uncle.
