Elaine Penningroth Obituary Penningroth, Elaine Nelson of Wayzata, died of complications from a stroke on November 18, 2005, at age 78. Preceded in death by daughter, Carol Bundul; daughter-in-law Julie Penningroth. Survived by husband, Bob, daughter, Jane Reierson & husband Don; sons, Jim and Paul & wife Lisa; son-in-law, Mick Bundul; grandchildren, Lacey Reierson, Robby and Brooks Penningroth, Jammer and Meredith Bundul, and Nelson Penningroth.
