Emily MacDonald Obituary MacDonald, Emily (Lucker) Emmy-Lou, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away peacefully October 23, 2009 at the age of 89 and will be dearly missed. She is preceded in death by her husband, John W. MacDonald; parents, Laurence and Miriam Lucker; brother, Laurence Lucker; sisters, Miriam Lesley and Elizabeth Miller. Emmy-Lou graduated from Northrop Collegiate School, attended Wells and Wellesley Colleges and graduated from the University of Minnesota. Her zest for life and love of people always put a smile on her face. She was a proud 60 year member of the Woman's Club; previously she had been a member of Junior League, WCA, a line dance club and other associations she was proud of. Emmy-Lou's family includes her daughter, Leslie; and sons, Buchan and Irving (Petra); granddaughter, Miriam (Wade Scanlon); grandson, John W; and great grandson, Toby. Memorial service will be held Wed- nesday, October 28, 11AM, at Way- zata Community Church (Wakefield Chapel), 125 Wayzata Blvd East, Wayzata.
