Eugene 'Gene' Kuehn Obituary Kuehn, Eugene Richard "Gene' Age 94, passed away peacefully with family by his side on January 28, 2021. He was born October 21, 1926 and grew up in Charles City, Iowa later relocating to Minneapolis, MN. Proud veteran of the US Army, serving at Fort Hood during WWII. Gene was united in marriage to Helen (Clark) Kuehn on October 19, 1949. He is survived by his children, Julie (Dan) Burkhardt, Carol Auld (Tom), Tim (Beth) Kuehn, and Joe (Mary) Kuehn; 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by wife, Helen, parents, William "Bill" and Marguerite, daughter, Annette "Nettie" Lynch and infant daughters, Mary and Ann. A celebration of his life will take place at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 5, 2021 at the Church of The Holy Name of Jesus, 155 County Road 24, Medina, MN 55391. Visitation will be held at the church 1/2 hour prior to Mass. Interment at Holy Name Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to Camp Knutson, Crosslake, MN or Interfaith Outreach, Plymouth.
