Evelyn Michalik Obituary Michalik, Evelyn A. age 90 of Minnetonka, died December 31, 2012. Preceded in death by husband, Michael Michalik. Survived by daughters, Kathryn and Marilyn; two grandchildren and two great-granddaughters. Funeral service 1PM Friday, January 4, 2012 at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E. Wayzata Blvd., Wayzata with visitation one hour prior to service. Private interment Hillside Cemetery.
