Frances Hey Obituary Hey, Frances Jean, age 86 of Medicine Lake, left us peacefully on August 31 to reunite with her beloved husband, Eugene, in heaven. She was one-of-a-kind and will be dearly missed by all her family and friends. Fran is survived by her daughters, Jacqueline (Jeffrey) and Carrie (Christopher); her grandchildren who gave her so much pride and inspiration, Jeffrey (Elizabeth), Jessica (Andrew), Hudson (Andrew) and Dirk, and her newest joy, her great-granddaughter, Emily Ann. Per her wishes, there will be a private family celebration and inurnment at Oak Knoll Lutheran Church.
