Gerald 'Jerry' Jurek Obituary Age 85 of Wayzata. Passed away on November 18, 2019. Preceded in death by parents; infant twin son, John; and daughter-in-law, Jean Jurek. Survived by wife of 60 years, Gladys; children, Kimberly Jurek, Scott (Tamara) Jurek, Dianne (Todd) Lindeman, Paul Jurek; grandchildren, Ashley (Jay), Anthony (Grace), Joshua, Aaron, Joe, Katie, Kristine, Donald; great grandchildren, Bow, Easton; brother, Roger Jurek; and many nieces and nephews. Jerry was very involved in the construction trade where he owned and operated businesses, worked in sewer and water, and also did work as a draftsmen. He was a visionary in the profession he left his mark on many buildings throughout the city. Jerry was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many.
