Geraldine Boyer Obituary Boyer (Burke), Geraldine Helen 86, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, died peacefully surrounded by family in Deephaven, MN on February 2nd, 2025. Geraldine (Gerry), was born on March 20, 1938 in Saint Paul, MN, to John Burke Sr. and Margaret Burke. Gerry attended school at the Visitation School in Saint Paul, and College of Saint Theresa in Winona, MN. She married Howard Boyer in 1957 and together they had six children, John Boyer, Mary Hollway (Bill), James Boyer, Anne Paske (Kurt), Sarah Willson (Chris), Patty Schaller (Tim); 13 grandchildren; Billy (Katie), Mike (Whitley) Hollway, Molly (Will) Olsen; Howard and Megan Boyer; Karl, Jimmy and Catherine Paske, Danny, Ellie and Mark Willson; Charlie and Joe Schaller, great grandchildren Gabrielle Hollway and Owen Hollway. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters, and husband. Gerrys shared passion in life was the love of her husband and family as well as her strong faith in God. She enjoyed spending time at her summer home on Devils Lake, WI, along with golfing, and her love of dogs and all animals. Shell be remembered by all for her compassion, gentle humor and tremendous capacity to love. She will be greatly missed by family and friends and her spirit will live on through those who knew her. The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff of Deephaven Woods Senior Living for their loving care of Gerry for the last 2 1/2 years. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Therese Church, 18325 Minnetonka Blvd, Deephaven MN on Friday, February 7th, visitation at 10:00am, funeral Mass at 11:00am.
