Gladys Esslinger Obituary Esslinger, Gladys L. Gladys, a longtime Wayzata resident passed away February 26, 2006 at age 89. She was the gentle wind that gave lift to her husband's dreams and provided guidance, direction and love to her children. She was preceded in death by her husband, John; daughters, Jean Baker & Joan Wheeler; son, baby brother""; sister, Myrtle Johnson. She is loved and will be dearly missed by her daughter, Jane Bunting & husband Jay; granddaughters, Wendy Baker and Susan Lofgren; nieces, Shirley Balck and Lois Rish; the entire Esslinger family and many other loving relatives and friends. Funeral Service 11:00 AM Saturday, March 4, 2006 with visitation 5-7 PM Friday, both at David Lee Funeral Home in Wayzata. Interment Summit Park Cemetery in Wayzata.
