Glenn Lund Obituary Age 81, of Plymouth, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 10. He married the love of his life, Edna (Hailey) Lund; they spent six decades cherishing each other. Glenn grew up in Minot, North Dakota. As an NDSU engineering graduate, he worked at many manufacturing companies in many roles, including production, management, sales, president and owner. He served the Navy, Army and Air Force. Defined as love that is freely and fully given, "Grace" is how Glenn lived his relationships. While he had many activities he enjoyed, his family was his primary focus and joy. Glenns loving family includes: sisters Karen and Loanne; sons Mark (Jennifer) and David (Linda); granddaughters Alyssa (Tyler) and Kaelie; and numerous nieces & nephews. The family is grateful to the care teams at The Birches Health Center at Trillium Woods. Glenn is preceded in death by parents Glenn Arthur and Myrtle Madeline Lund, and wife Edna Helene Lund. Memorial service at 10:30 am on Wednesday, October 19, 2016, with visitation 1 hour prior, and a lunch to follow, at Minnetonka Lutheran church, 16023 Minnetonka Blvd, Minnetonka, 55345. Attendees encouraged to wear splashes of fall colors (yellows, oranges, reds) in honor of Glenns love of autumn and the outdoors. Interment at Fort Snelling at 2:00 pm. Memorials are preferred, to The Boy Scouts of America or to the Parkinsons Disease Foundation.
