Hazel Larson Obituary Larson, Hazel M. (Lee) Age 92 of Plymouth, passed away November 17, 2016 from complications of Alzheimer's. Past Worthy Matron and long time member of Wayzata Eastern Star. Preceded in death by husband, Orland "Ole", sisters and parents. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Linda and John Blakstvedt; son, Bruce and partner Dennis Mori; other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank GLC, Excelsior - South Shore for their care of Hazel and support of family. Memorial service Wednesday, November 30th, 12:30 pm at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E. Wayzata Blvd., Wayzata with visitation one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Alzheimer's Assoc of MN/ND or Oak Knoll Lutheran Church.
