Iola Sandberg Obituary Sandberg, Iola E. of Plymouth, formerly of Minnetonka, passed away peacefully at her home on June 9, 2013 at the age of 92. A devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she will be remembered for her generous spirit, quick wit and love of music. Preceded in death by husband, Donald Sandberg. Survived by daughter, Jean (Russ) Ferrin; son, Jim (Dee) Sandberg; 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren. Visitation 5-7 PM Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E. Wayzata Blvd., Wayzata. Memorial service 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 12th, at Wayzata Free Church, 705 Cty Rd 101 N., Plymouth. Memorials preferred to the family for future designation.
