Irvin Kilker Obituary Irvin Kilker age 69 of Shorewood, MN went Home to be with the Lord after a courageous 2-1/2 year battle with Mesothelioma (cancer from asbestos) on April 23, 2005. Irv was a graduate of SDSU. He spent his professional career in the dairy industry; from the USDA, to 22 years in management with Mid-Am. He then was part of a small group who formed Century Foods Int'l in Sparta, WI, where he was the Director of Specialty Sales until his retirement in 2003. Irv loved spending time with his family and friends and also enjoyed hunting, golfing and travel. He was an incredible handy-man, our own Bob Vila"". He was preceded in death by his parents Irvin & Inez. He was a loving husband and partner, father and poppy. A kind and gentle man he was and will be deeply missed by his wife Marianne; son Paul & wife Linda; daughter, Lori Alexander & husband Brad; granddaughter Brooke; sisters, Kaye Kurschat, Jill Neisen & husband Doug; nieces, nephews and many other loving relatives and friends. Funeral Service Friday, April 29, 2005, 11:30 am, Wayzata Community Church. Visitation Thursday, 5-7:30 pm, David Lee Funeral Home in Wayzata and 1 hour prior to service at church.
