Obituary

Jack Lisk Obituary Earl John Lisk "Jack" Jack Lisk, age 84, passed away on July 20, 2015 at his home in Minnetonka. He was born in Minneapolis on Dec. 20, 1930 to Earl and Mabel Lisk. Jack graduated from St. Louis Park High School and attended the University of Minnesota. He enlisted in the Air Force in 1951 serving in the Reconnaissance Tech Force Photo Lab in Weisbaden, Germany. After his discharge he returned to Minneapolis and worked at various locations as a cameraman and litho artist. Jack married Mary Ann Corba in 1956 and they had two daughters, Stephanie and Allison. Jack was a passionate football fan and closely followed the Gophers and Vikings. He was an avid reader with a keen intellect and enjoyed walking around the city lakes. Jack was an accomplished acrylic painter, specializing in Twin Cities architecture and scenery. He was a member of Lake of the Isles Church Bible study. Jack is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Gail Sawyer. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann; daughters, Steph (Steve) Linstrom and Allison (Joel) House; grandchildren, Josh (Elizabeth York) Schwalbach, Will (Rhea) Schwalbach, Dillon (Nicole Fretland) Schwalbach and Rosemary Middlebrook; sisters-in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren. Service at Lake of the Isles Lutheran Church, 2020 West Lake of the Isles Pkwy, Mpls Saturday, July 25 at 11:00AM with visitation one hour prior.
