James 'Jim' Phillips Obituary Phillips, James "Jim" P. left this world peacefully on September 1, 2022 at the Minneapolis Veterans Home at the age of 70. Preceded in death by father, Don Phillips and sister, Sue Johnson. Survived by mother, Delores Phillips; siblings, Dave (Linda) Phillips, Cheryl (Gary) Lichtenegger, Scott (Peg) Phillips, Lori (Kevin) Halverson, Renee (Tim) Stormoen; nephews, nieces, and many friends.
