Jeffrey Anderson Obituary
Anderson, Jeffrey Paul Age 46, of Maple Grove. He suffered from a heart attack on July 13, 2007, and on July 18, 2007, he went Home to be with the One who created him. He was a graduate of Bethany Lutheran College, Dunwoody Institute and Crown College. Preceded in death by grandparents, Carl & Jennie Anderson, Floyd & Amy Lawson; cousins, Kris Elsenpeter & John Elsenpeter; brother-in-law, John Voxland; niece, Lindsay Anderson; uncle, Curtis Lee; and best friend, Tom Boxell. Waiting to be reunited with him again in Heaven are his wife, Laree; 3 beautiful children, Maxwell Elliott, 18, Eleanor Amelia, 15, and Hattie Helene, 11; brother, Scott (Jean Zimmer) Anderson of Geneva, IL; sisters, Jennifer (Edward) McVey of Geneva, IL, & Janelle (Ebenezer) Voxland- Flomo of Oakdale; parents, Stanley & Jean Anderson of Crystal; 10 nieces & nephews; and 7 cousins. Also survived by Laree's parents, Robert & Karen Mjolsness; her sisters, Allison (Juan) Medina & Sarah Britney. We give God praise for blessing us with Jeff's life. He served with his family in Okayama, Nagano, & Kobe, Japan as a missionary for 15 years. He has touched so many lives with his wisdom, understanding and love. He will be remembered for his servant's heart, gift of teaching, great sense of humor, and especially for his love of the truth. He loved all people and worshiped God with his life. Visitation 5-8 PM Thursday, July 26 at David Lee Funeral Home in Wayzata (1220 E. Wayzata Blvd), and one hour prior to the service at church. Celebration of life service at 10:30 AM Friday, July 27 at New Hope Church (Formerly Crystal E. Free) (4225 Gettysburg Ave. N., New Hope). Private family interment at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
