Jeffrey LaFrenier Obituary LaFrenier, Jeffrey W. The Canuck Jeff passed away after a brief illness at the age of 50. He was born in Winnipeg on March 4, 1958 and moved with his family to Wayzata, MN when he was 7. He graduated from Wayzata High School in 1977. Joined the Army in 1978 and spent 3 years in Germany and 3 years on the East Coast. He loved to play sports when he was in school, hockey being his favorite. He remained an avid sports fan. Jeff had a wonderful sense of humor and was a fun person to be around. His beautiful rumbling voice and delightful laugh will be missed by all. He was a wonderful son, father, husband and friend. He is survived by his wife, Whitefeather; his daughter, Tess, her mother Melanie and sister, Andrea all in Rochester, MN; son, Jason; daughter, Melissa; grand- children, Dallas, Kylie, Zab and Reggie all in Ohio; precious son to mother, Phyllis (Vern); father, Al in Canada; sister, Tracy (Tony); nieces, Tanya, Tami, Tina and their father, Lloyd; special aunt, Lorraine and uncle, Jim of Canada; and other relatives and friends. Memorial service 1 PM Wednesday March 4 at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E. Wayzata Blvd, Wayzata with visitation starting at 11 AM.
