Jeffrey Shaffer Obituary Jeff Shaffer, 50, of New York and Plymouth, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 21, 2025. Jeff is survived by his mother, Sally Romano; brother, David Shaffer; children, Sara and Ben; friend and ex-wife Rebecca, and his beloved French bulldogs, Biggie and Smalls. Jeff was preceded in death by his father David Shaffer and his beloved pup, Barkley. Known as the life of the party, Jeff had a passion for traveling, basketball and football, and cheering on his Philadelphia Eagles. His greatest joy, however, was spending time with his children, who were the center of his world. Jeff's funeral will be held at 2 pm on Friday, February 28, at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 Wayzata Blvd. East, Wayzata. Visitation 1 hour prior to service. Friends, family, and co-workers are invited to a Celebration of Life for Jeff on Saturday, March 1, at 6 pm at the Medina Entertainment Center, 500 Hwy 55 in Medina.
