Jerry Craig Obituary Jerry Ann (Lawrence) Craig Age 82, of Plymouth passed away February 10, 2024 following a hip fracture coupled with Alzheimers Disease. Jerry grew up in Mission Hills, KS. Starting at a young age, Jerry was a doer who made things happen. She attended Sunset Hill School where she played hockey, was captain of her basketball team, Secretary of the Athletic Association and a member of the Social Service Board. Jerry went on to graduate in 1964 from Northwestern University, where she also met her husband, John. Jerry taught third grade and then turned her focus to family with the birth of their son in 1967. The Craigs lived in Wisconsin, England, New Jersey and Minnesota. Jerrys vivacious personality, social nature and active volunteerism made her a much-loved part of the community everywhere she lived. Jerry supported her childrens schools as a PTO member and home-room parent, she visited various schools as a puppeteer for the "Just Say No" campaign, and she combined her love of reading and volunteerism by working in the books section of the Wayzata Community Church sale for many years. Jerry loved making things special for her family who felt her love with every dinner (what an amazing cook!), thoughtful gift, and beautiful decoration she placed. She enjoyed legion nights with her Ferndale friends. She was happiest with John, her husband of 58 years, by her side. Together they traveled, had regular movie-and-Muni date nights and were true partners through all of lifes ups and downs. Jerry is preceded in death by father, Kenneth Lawrence and Mother, Geraldine Lawrence. She is survived by husband, John; son, John Jr (Lorraine); daughters, Heather (Richard) Pfeiffer and Allison (Jason) Peters; grandchildren, Kevin Craig, Natalie Pfeiffer, Lawrence Pfeiffer, Andrew Pfeiffer, Charles Peters, Alexander Peters; and brother, Kenneth Lawrence.
