Jodi Ehlers-Swanson Obituary Ehlers-Swanson, Jodi Ellen age 62 of Shorewood, passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family June 13, 2024. She was an amazing mother, wife, daughter and friend, who will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth Ehlers. Survived by husband, Michael "Mike"; children, Isabel, Max and stepson, Sean; father, John "Jake"; brothers, Randy (Kari), Robert and Richard (Jean) and many wonderful relatives and friends. Jodis unique soul and witty personality brought joy to many. She graduated from UW Madison School of Journalism and went on to have a 40 year career in professional writing. She worked for some of the largest financial, manufacturing and healthcare companies. She loved the lake, spending time with her family and friends, her dog Beav, coloring, traveling around the world, and seeing her kids happy. Memorial service 3:00 pm Thursday, June 20, 2024 at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 East Wayzata Boulevard, Wayzata with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm. Memorials may be directed to the Humane Society.
