John Miller Obituary Miller, John A. age 83, of Plymouth, was called home to his Lord and Savior on August 14, 2013. Preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jim; and the love of his life, Pat, wife of 49 years. John was born and raised in Duluth, MN where he still has family and friends. He and Pat made Minneapolis home in 1962. John worked most of his career at Control Data and retired from there in 1990. His family was his priority. He was a wonderful husband, brother, father, grandfather, neighbor and friend. He really loved and adored all his grandkids, especially his angel, Samantha. We will deeply miss his smile, his sense of humor and the love he had to share with all those he met. Survived by sister, Kathleen (Proctor, MN); children, Mark Miller (Annie), Lynn Folken (Mike), Lisa Zacek (Tom); 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. John also leaves behind many dear friends from Greentree Forest, the "Canada" group, and his Cayman Island "family". Mass of Christian Burial on Monday August 19th, 11 am with a visitation starting at 10 am at The Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, 155 County Road 24, Medina, MN. Interment Holy Name Cemetery.
