Preceded in death by husband, Rolland, parents, Henry and Marguerite Lieske and sister, Janice Lieske. Survived by siblings, Jeanne Kirkpatrick of Salt Lake City, UT, Jay (Sally) Lieske of Franklin, TN, Jacquelyn (Dick) Copeland of Encinitas, CA, Judy (Rich) Wabrek of Pocatello, ID; nieces and nephews, Robynne and Mike Kirkpatrick, Jay (Jude) Lieske, Cammie Lieske, Stephan (Laura) Lieske, Dana (Vinay) Reddy, Brett Copeland, Krista (Beau) Johnston and Lara (Travis) Gran. Joy graduated from Centennial High School class of 1961 in Gresham, OR, attended Oregon State University Corvallis , OR and Oregon Health and Science University, Portland, OR to become a Medical Technologist. Joy lived 3 years in Warsaw, IN, 9 years in Elyria, OH, 11 years in Portland, OR, and her remaining years in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area of Minnesota. Funeral service 10 AM Saturday, March 11, 2017 at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E. Wayzata Blvd., Wayzata, MN with visitation one hour prior. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Heights, MN.
