Keith Erickson Obituary Age 86, of Excelsior, passed away peacefully Thursday morning. He was born on Nov. 8, 1927 in Dawson, MN. Happily married for 57 years to loving wife, Norma. Preceded by his parents, Walter and Emelia; sons, Jimmy and Jerry; and siblings, Warren and Marilyn. Survived by his two children and their spouses, Jeff (Patrice) Erickson and Jane (Steve) Holst; by his five perfect grandchildren, Ashley (Matt) McDonald, Joe Erickson, Henry Holst, Emily Erickson, and Erik Holst; and siblings, Lucille Anderson, Priscilla Ellefson, Virginia (Charles) Sorby, and Elaine (Richard) Reynolds. Keith was a devoted family man who shared his wisdom through his stories. A proud Swede and lutefisk connoisseur. He was a member of Squadron 3743 on Sheppard Air Force Base. He enjoyed a long career in the bakery supply industry and was co-founder of Best Brands. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, Jan. 19, at 4:00 p.m. at St. Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church, 17205 County Rd. 6, Plymouth, MN. Visitation one hour before and a light meal following the service at church. Interment held at a later date.
