Kim Jerde Obituary Jerde, Kim E. age 53 of Maple Plain died June 21, 2014. Survived by son, Scott Jr.; daughter, Angela as well as many other loving relatives and friends. Memorial service 2 PM Thursday, June 26, 2014 at Christ Lutheran Church, 5084 Main St. E., Maple Plain with visitation beginning at 12 PM at the church. Interment Christ Lutheran Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family.
