Kuo Moy Obituary Moy, Kuo Mon Age 85 of New Hope, MN, passed away on August 14, 2022. Survived by wife, Ling Chun 'Jean'; sons Wilson (Michele), Phillip (Jijuan), and Norman (Jill); grandchildren Elizabeth, William, Maria, John, Caleb, and Ryan. Visitation is at 9 am, 1 hour before the funeral. The funeral service will be at 10 am Wednesday, August 24, at Lakewood Cemetery Chapel, 3600 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis. Please join the family for a luncheon following the interment. Kuo was born in Taishan, China, and immigrated to the United States at 16. After a successful career as Director of Engineering of a microwave communications company, which produced parts used on the Apollo Lunar missions, he became a longtime owner of Jin's Chow Mein in Crystal, MN. Along with his wife Jean, they became a fixture of the community providing delicious food and supporting local athletics and schools. Kuo was proud of his children and grandchildren, imbuing them with the importance of education and hard work.
