LaVern Plaziak Obituary Age 93 of Wayzata passed away July 17, 2017. Preceded in death by parents, Bernard and Eleanor Linn, husband, Michael J., son, Thomas, grandchildren,Tara and Dustin. Survived by children, Michael Jr., Don, Dan (Cheryl), Jim (Brian), Tim (Jill), Kathy Kmetz (Greg), Joan Harlan(Bob), Chuck (Lisa); grandchildren, Kaylee, Mica, Carl, Karen, Andy, John, Greg Jr., Jason, Tom, Melissa, David, Charlie, Jacob, Jordan and Jayson; great-grandchildren, Michael, Robert, Jackie, Julie, Nichole, Ryan, Emma, Tyler, Jack, Lauren, Caroline, Tommy and Matthew; sister Dorothy Holland; sister-In-law, LaVerne Linn and many nieces and nephews. She was a 65 year member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, July 22nd, 11 AM at the Church of St. Therese of Deephaven, 18323 Minnetonka Blvd. Visitation Friday, 5-7 PM at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 East Wayzata, Blvd with prayer service and American Legion Auxiliary ritual starting at 6:30 PM. Also, visitation 1 hour before Mass at church. Private interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
