Linda Regnier Obituary It is with profound sadness that the family of Linda Ann Regnier of Minnetonka, MN announce her peaceful passing on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at the age of 81 years.
Linda was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Michael Regnier, of Minnetonka, MN; her parents, Stanley and Margaret Rundstrom of Hamden, CT and her sister, Frances Schwab of Hamden CT.
Survived by daughter, Amy (Steven) Muscat of West Dundee, IL; sons, Michael Regnier of Farmington, MN and Jeffrey (Gwen) Regnier of Carver, MN; adored grandchildren, Lauren, Cody, Dillon Muscat of West Dundee, IL and Morgan and Marley Regnier of Farmington, MN and Caleb and Connor Regnier of Carver, MN; brother and sister in- law, Dennis (Pady) Regnier of Excelsior, MN and Margaret (Robert) Lietzke of Minnetonka, MN and sister Susan Sarro of Hamden, CT. Numerous nieces and nephews also had a special place in her heart.
Linda was born on October 5,1941 in Hamden, Connecticut. Linda graduated from Southern Connecticut State University. In the year 1960, Linda met the love of her life, John Michael Regnier at Yale University. They went on to have three children, Amy, Michael and Jeffrey. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, friend, aunt and soon to be great grandmother.
Linda had a love for The Wizard of OZ, Willie Nelson, crafting, food buffets, knitting, glamping, and fishing with her husband and grandchildren. "143" was her favorite saying. Her life and legacy will leave a mark on our hearts that the word cannot erase.
Memorial service will be held on June 19, 2023 at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 23290 Highway 7 Excelsior, MN 55331 at 11:00 am. Memorials and cards can be sent directly to the church. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, July 14, 2023 Area 3 at 9:00 am.
