Louise Clay Obituary Clay, Louise Audrey (Nordstog) age 79 of Plymouth passed away from cancer on September 22, 2006. Preceded in death by parents, John and Louise Nordstog; sister, Marjorie Allen; and niece, Barbara Bergquist. Survived by husband of 54 years, Charles Clay; sons, Chris of Knife River, Jeff (Kristin) of Golden Valley; and daughter, Bonnie (Chuck) Hollenhorst of Deephaven; five adoring grandchildren, Lindsay, Jonathan, Sarah, Hannah and Halle; and brother Halle Bud Nordstog (Margaret) and their sons Doug and Bruce; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Audrey was born and raised in Crosby, North Dakota. She studied elementary education at Concordia College in Moorhead and graduated in 1949 from Miss Wood's in Minneapolis, now affiliated with Macalester College, and taught Kindergarten in Montana. After her husband retired from the USAF in 1963, Audrey became active in many church and community activities while raising their family in Fairmont. She enjoyed music, and sang in many choirs and accompanied local musical productions on the piano. Audrey will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Memorial service Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at 11:00 am at St. Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church, Plymouth. (17205 County Road 6) Visitation one hour prior to the service.
