Lucille Brunken Obituary Brunken, Lucille Lucille passed peacefully into Christ's arms January 9, 2009 at the age of 85. Born Lucille Ann Kruse on August 13, 1923, the daughter of Edward A. and Catherine (Delaney) Kruse. Lucille dedicated her life to family, friends, & community. She is survived by her best friend & devoted husband of 53 years, Edwin Brunken; her son, Jeffrey Brunken & his wife, Sheryl, & also her grandchildren, who were the light of her life, Joshua Brunken, Plymouth, MN, Jessica Brunken, NYC, NY, & Nathan Brunken, Fargo, ND. She was a graduate of Colfax, IL High School, worked for the State of Illinois, Pillsbury Mills and the Rochester IL School District. The family moved to Minnesota in 1975. She is also survived by loving siblings, Mary Jean (George) Koch, Springfield, IL, William (Judy) Kruse, Long Beach, CA, James Kruse, Colfax, IL, & Judy (Hal) Lynch, Sparta, NJ, & many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers, Edward & Charles Kruse, & sisters, Eileen Maloney & Josephine (Doey) Wissmiller. Funeral service Thursday 11 AM at Glory of Christ Lutheran Church, 4040 Highway 101, Plymouth. Visitation Wednesday 5-7 PM at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E.
