Marcile Peterson Obituary Peterson, Marcile "Babe" age 89 of Minnetonka, died March 30, 2010. Preceded in death by her husband, Elmer; parents, John and Della Steiner; and her sister, Shirley. She leaves a legacy for her children, Sarah Lizakowski, Laura Rettinger and her husband, Jim, Jay Peterson and his wife, Aniko; grandchildren, Jonathan, Chelsea, Verity, Kelly, David and Viktor; great-grandchildren, Thomas, Alex, Ethan, Mikael and Cassidy. Marcile retired from N.W. Bell after 38 years of service. She was an active member of the Pioneer Retiree Association and she was a member of Redemption Lutheran Church of Bloomington. Memorial service 12:00 PM (Noon) Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Lakewood Cemetery Chapel, 3600 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis. Visitation 12:00 PM (Noon) to 2 PM Friday at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E. Wayzata Blvd., Wayzata and one half hour prior to the service at Lakewood. Lunch following the service. Interment Lakewood Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association or to Phillips Eye Institute.
