Margaret Buschbom Obituary Buschbom, Margaret M. age 93, of Orono. Born January 12, 1921 in Manhatten, New York. Died peacefully Sept. 21, 2014 at Trails of Orono. Margaret lived in the Long Lake / Orono area for over 50 years and was a long time member of Christ Lutheran Church in Maple Plain and an active volunteer for many years with Orono Schools. She was recognized as one of the "Eleven Who Care" honorees for her contributions to the community. Preceded in death by parents Anthony Charles LaRocca and Maria Galindo LaRocca; husband, Floyd (Bud) Buschbom; daughter, Sharon Woodworth and brother, James LaRocca. Survived by sisters, Anita Krausch and Dolores Garry and their families; grandchildren, Randy, Todd and Kerry Michael Woodworth and their families; step-children, Milton and Eldon Buschbom and Marilyn Lueth and their families. Also survived by other family and friends. Special thanks to the caregivers and staff at Trails of Orono and Park Nicollet Hospice. Memorial service at Christ Lutheran Church, 5084 Main St E., Maple Plain, MN, on Friday, October 10 at 11:00 a.m. with a gathering of family and friends one hour prior to the service. Memorials preferred to Christ Lutheran Church or the Orono School District for a scholarship in her name. Private interment
