Margaret McMillan Obituary McMillan, Margaret Age 26 of Orono and Atlanta passed away on June 24, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and dedication. Margaret graduated from Breck High School in 2017, and the University of MN Carlson School of Management in 2021. Margaret lived and worked in Atlanta as a CPA. Margaret had a deep love for animals, her church community, and the calming presence of the beach. She enjoyed teaching a Sunday School class and volunteering at a local animal shelter. She found joy and peace in these simple meaningful parts of her life. Margaret was extremely bright. As a dedicated professional, she took great pride in her accomplishments and the integrity she brought to her work. She was caring and generous with her time and spent hours helping others through her involvement with Eating Disorders Anonymous. She is survived by her parents, Mary and Bill, her brother, Matthew and his wife Caroline, her grandparents, Robert and Betty VanTassel, her Corgi, "Fitz", her cat, "Ingrid", and many other family and friends. Funeral service 4 pm Monday July 7 at the Wayzata Community Church in Wayzata, 125 Wayzata Blvd East. Visitation 1 hour prior.
