Marilyn Alexander Obituary Alexander, Marilyn Janice age 85, of Plymouth went to be with her Lord on June 17, 2014. Marilyn was born in Minneapolis, MN on September 2, 1928 to Harold Moerbitz and wife Ora, and was the older of two children. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be cherished in the hearts of her family forever. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Cyrus Cy Alexander; daughter, Dawn and brother, Richard Moerbitz. Survived by daughters, Laura Nelson (David), Anne Black (Robert), Julie Garrett; grandchildren, Alexander, Natalie, Emily, Katie, Allison, David, Mariah, Heather, and Kelly; great-grandchildren, Caleb and Hazel, as well as other loving relatives and friends. Funeral service 11 AM Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Wooddale Church Edina Campus, 5532 Wooddale Ave. South, Edina with visitation at 10 AM at the church. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery 2:15 PM Monday, June 30, 2014 at assembly area #5.
